I understand that plans can go awry sometimes!
If I have to cancel my appearance or workshop, I will endeavour to reschedule. If we cannot reschedule, I will refund any amounts paid.
If you have to cancel because of a government-imposed Covid-related restriction, I’ll be happy to reschedule or postpone if possible. I will not charge any fees for this kind of cancellation.
If you simply change your mind or something comes up, please understand that I have set aside time in my own writing and appearance schedule for your event. I have also worked hard to prepare for the event. This is an important part of my work and income and I am usually happy to reschedule, but if you decide to cancel a confirmed event, I will charge 50% of my fee to help recover my loss of income and time.
